Retro-fitted 250TPH shed filling system including curved incline drag conveyor with low profile drive over pit, inclined grain cannon and horizontal grain cannon mounted to the peak of the shed. The system provides for greater efficiency when loading the shed, while also maximising storage capacity. The horizontal grain cannon has manually operated, cable discharge gates but these can be automated on request.
Esperance Grain Handlers
Drying facility extension including 3 x 200MT hopper bottom silos, 5 x 80MT hopper bottom silos, 3 silo garner bin frame, 2 x 60MTPH bucket elevators, 60MTPH reclaim and fill drag conveyors, spouting and an Alvan Blanch DF26500 continuous flow grain drier.
This installation includes a 250TPH drive over road pit with drag conveyor fed into a 250TPH bucket elevator, together with the associated supporting tower and platforms for equipment service and access.
The low profile drive over road pit requires minimal civil works while providing efficient truck unloading to feed the bucket elevator and shed roof auger. The equipment pictured is manufactured by Lambton Conveyor.
Newcastle Agri Terminal
This facility includes 60,000MT of storage complete with 480TPH sweep unloaders, aeration, fumigation and temperature monitoring capabilities. All enclosed belt conveyors, bucket elevators, samplers, bulk weigher and the rail pit (drag conveyors) operate at a capacity of 2,000TPH. The terminal also features dust control systems, and all structural towers and walkways.
Bungulla Farming’s system was built in 2012 and consists of 2 x 940MT on-ground silos, 3 x 270MT elevated silos, a 60MT garner bin, 150TPH loading & unloading system, aeration, weighbridge and associated control systems. The complex has proven a strong asset for harvest management and enables greater marketing flexibility. View the installation video to the left.
3 x 945MT silos complete with a shared Shur Step ® spiral stair, dual roof handrails and fill hole platform. The silos are sealed to AS2628-2010 and are capable of aeration at the rate of up to 16lt/mt/sec (x2) and 4lt/mt/sec (x1). Full perforated floors, individual thermo-siphoning systems and pressure relief valves are included. Grain is unloaded by Brock U-Trough sweep unloaders rated at a capacity of up to 200MT/HR. Each silo has two bin level indicators that can be retro-fitted to existing silos.
Ord River Co-Operative
5 x 1,070MT silos complete with three shared Shur Step ® spiral stairs, roof handrails, fill hole surround bracing and 2 vents per silo. The silos are capable of aeration at the rate of 2lt/mt/sec. Full perforated floors, individual thermo-siphoning systems and pressure relief valves are included. Grain is unloaded by Brock Harvest Time sweep unloaders rated at a capacity of approximately 115MT/HR. Each silo has four bin level indicators that can be retro-fitted to existing silos. A Harvest International model 1392 mobile auger has also been supplied, capable of loading silos at up to 250MT/HR.
